• Have a clean, makeup-free face

• Ideally, let any fake tan fade on your face before submitting photos

• Take photos in natural, indirect light

• Take photos head-on and at eye level (no side views or angled photos)

• Wear a white t-shirt

• If you choose to smile, do not show your teeth

How do I receive my results?

Results for each service are delivered to you via email. After checkout, you will get an order confirmation email with instructions to follow (such as how many pictures to submit, how to submit them, and guidelines for taking quality photos). AI cannot accurately determine your undertone because it is the color beneath your skin, which requires careful comparison and observation. The most accurate analysis comes from someone who takes the time to assess how your skin reacts to different colors. Additionally, AI relies on generic parameters to assign seasonal categories. For example, if you have blue eyes, it may automatically categorize you as a Summer, even though eye and hair color do not strictly determine your season. Human expertise is far superior in providing accurate and personalized results.

Can I wear makeup for my photos?

To ensure the best results, I always recommend clients submit photos with a bare face. I need to see your natural beauty!
